1. Branch Banking Feedback. Fill in a feedback form including your account number and phone number. The complaints / compliments register is also conspicuously available in all our banking halls for you to register your complaint / compliment
2. Branch Service Officers/Managers. Talk to our Customer Service officers/Branch Managers at any branch. Document your complaint/compliment and hand it to the Customer Services Consultant or drop it in the Suggestion Box.

4. Website Access our website www.abccapitalbank.co.ug and send your communication through the contact us page.
5. Letter Send written complaint to: CEO, P.O Box 21091, Kampala.
